I grew up on Top Ramen. I remember my childhood friends would laugh at me when I would tell them what I had for breakfast. You guessed it, Top Ramen.
What do I love about ramen? how about the way you can slurp up the noodles? or the warmth of the bowl as you try and tiptoe your way over to the table with the soup up the brim. When I hear Top Ramen, it takes me back to the Saturday mornings when I woke up at 8 a.m. to watch the new episodes of Pokemon, Digimon and Yu-Gi-Oh.
I guess I can trace my issue with high blood pressure back to my love of salty noodle soups. I found this cool Inforgraphic on HackCollege. They give the low down on Ramen and all the variety of interesting creations college kids can make with it.

** My nonbiological cousin, ate Top Ramen at least twice a day until she was 12. She ended up developing an allergic reaction to all of the salt. Since then I slowed down on the Top Ramen obsession.**
